KwaSani valuation Roll in terms of the Municipal Rates Act of 2004

Real Right and Unit owners should check their registration details with KwaSani Municipality to ensure their properties are properly recorded on the Valuation Roll as our inspection has revealed a number of inaccuracies. Objections can be lodged on Form A with the Municipality. If anyone has queries regarding their Unit (Section and EUA) they shuld contact Button & O’Connor for the S.G. & Registration Data which includes their Sectional Plans & Exclusive Use Areas (EUA), this data can then be checked against the Valuation Roll. Incorrect or inaccurate information may impact owners’ rates assessments. The valuation roll can be downloaded from the KwaSani website found on the links page of this website.
